ORDERS AND SHIPPING
We provide FREE standard shipping and handling to all orders in the US, Canada, UK, Mexico, and Australia.
We ship to to the US, Canada, UK, Mexico, and Australia. We currently do not ship products outside of these countries. If you have an international order that you'd like considered, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Orders typically take 7 - 10 business days from order to delivery. Delivery times vary based on your location and the size of your order.
Shipment Tracking and Carrier Information
Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking and carrier information.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are committed to our customers and want you to be 100% satisfied! You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. Due to the diversity and size of our offering, every piece is custom made-to-order and printed-on-demand. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements.
What if an item is damaged or defective?
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we are happy to send a replacement at no charge. Please send a photo of the item and the defect or damaged area to email@example.com. Please include your name, email, and order # in your correspondence. We will review the photo and respond with further instructions.
